This is handy for those with Home Theatre PC's (HTPC's) as its wireless, illuminated and has both the keyboard and mouse.

I realize the price between illuminated and non-illuminated keyboards is fairly significant, but I think I will still spend the extra for it. Just like my TV Remote and its "Glow" feature. Well worth it as we often watch TV in the dark.
