North American Code for 10 free "Little Big Planet 3" Costumes
Log into playstation store (on your PS4, PS3,Vita, website, etc..) and select redeem code, and enter this code.

P.S I don't have LBP3 yet, however it is still possible to redeem the code and have the costumes saved to your account until the day you actually get the game.
