Roots Canada is offering a free holiday music bundle on iTunes. I really appreciate these free music bundles as a way to get to know new artists.
I am not a huge fan of free music, but there are some classic names in this collection I just had to have. You will get the following songs:
- Jingle Bells by Bing Crosby & The Andrews Sisters
- Christmas Time With You (feat. Andre Miguel Mayo) by David Ian
- Christmas for You and Me by Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors
- God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen by Ella Fitzgerald
- Christmas Kiss by Meaghan Smith
- A Snowglobe Christmas by Pink Martini
If for no other reason, getting this collection for Ella Fitzgerald’s voice is totally worth it. However, my personal favourite is Bing Crosby *fangirl scream*! I just adore the man and this is a lovely classic rendition of Jingle Bells. I haven’t listened to the other songs… yet!
