anyone has experience with this unit (Model DDR60A1CP)?
I was advised to buy a dehumidifier by the builder
and run it 24x7 for at least 2 years in my newly built home's basement
they said the concrete will continuously produce moisture and apparently it'll be bad for the hardwood floor....
