If summer means getting to the gym is a pain and you’d love to work out at home, Walmart has just the deal for you. Get the Bowflex home gym PR1000 for only $394. While this isn’t technically a rollback, it is the cheapest it has been and is anywhere else.
While $400 isn’t pennies, it is well worth it for this Bowflex machine. If you quit your gym membership, this item will pay for itself in about a year, and will also save you the time and gas money you spent getting to the gym. I personally don’t like going to the gym in summer as I want to be outside as much as possible and running on a treadmill on a gorgeous day is just wrong to me. I’d love to set up a little home gym in my garage so I can keep the door open and workout, getting some mostly fresh air while my kids play in the driveway as they always do.
This machine is very versatile so it will take care of pretty much all of your strength training needs. For cardio, get out there and run, walk, or do some interval training at home. You can use this for some aerobic activity with the rowing machine. It also strengthens your entire upper body using resistance.
