This kit is suitable for:
- changing batteries (providing you don't want to test water proof-ness

- shortening metal bracelet watch bands
- adjusting spring tension on manual watches (to make it run faster/slower)
You really only need the watch back remover (about $6 on its own) if you have some fine stainless screwdrivers,
probes already.The blue thing for adjusting watch bracelets isn't really necessary, nor it the little holder platform
thing.But they are nice to have,and the price also seems to be good.
