Not sure this is really extra hot, but this is one of the lowest prices for a 2TB HDD I've seen in a long time. Not MIR or coupons required. This is a 7200RPM drive, so not really that great for a NAS, but for a local PC storage (in my case for photo database - also backed up to a NAS), this will do really nicely. Nice fast drive with a good reputation. Pulled the trigger. Anyways, just thought I'd share =)
