Telus just launched this phone for $200 outright, or $150 via the Telus Team Web Store (you'll need login info from a Telus employee).
Spec wise, it's more like an upgrade to the Lumia 520. It trades blows with the Moto G, although in the end it's really up to what the user wants.
Pros:
- Ships with the new Windows Phone 8.1 OS update
- LTE support
- 8GB + microSD slot
- Offline HERE maps/GPS
- Miracast support? (need confirmation)
Cons:
- 848x480 screen (vs 1280x720 on the Moto G)
- 512 MB RAM (some apps require more to run)
- 5mp rear camera isn't the greatest
- no front facing camera or dedicated camera button
- App selection (depends on user needs)
