Although technically a center speaker, in reality, this is a big bookshelf speaker. I bought 3 of them to use as Left, Center and Right speakers.
Add a subwoofer and a pair of little surround speakers (that you may already have) and you have an impressive home theatre set.
Don’t let the liquidation price fool you, those aren’t small plastic boxes. At 7” X 8” X 21” (specs are wrong maybe that's why it's discounted?) and made of MDF they weight 14 Lbs each.
Gibby's is a well established merchant, an authorized Cerwin-Vega! dealer and is known to buy last year’s end of the line/surplus stock and discount it.
The customer service was courteous when I had questions before buying and shipping was fast (3 business days). The speakers were impeccable and well packaged in brand new unopened boxes.
I’m very happy with my purchase as those speakers sound quite melodious and I would recommend them to a friend. Plus, at $99 each, I think it’s a steal!
Ignore the “Sale ends 09/14/2014”. It will still be on sale for a few days, unless they run out of stock.
