This is an extreme YMMV. I had the manager stumped, but luckily I snapped a photo before I brought 4 cases to the cash.
Since the cases are usually $10.99 each, $2 is an insane deal. This was at the Hillcrest Mall location (Yonge/16th) in Richmond Hill. Hopefully other Targets have this price as well.
