I was not able to add the Web ID to my cart and called a CSR who asked me to complete the order, she stayed on line with me, I gave her the order number, and she then told me that she is shipping me a gift card separately. She appeared to be fully aware of the Web ID problem, never asked me any questions other than telling me to complete the order. The whole phone call lasted less than 5 min.
Unlike Staples, no computer/tablet restrictions, I got it on a tablet purchase.
