Bestbuy has the Samsung GS4 from Koodo for $50 when you sign up on the $300 tab, and they'll toss in a $50 GC. As per our usual shenanigans (cancel, change to prepaid, sweet talk the rep etc), this works out to be essentially $300 for the S4.
