Pretty good deal -- didn't find anything in Canada at the usual places (Costco, Aartech, etc.) that came anywhere close to these specs. Free shipping, sale ends today. POE cameras, so just need Cat5 instead of siamese analog or using baluns. 2TB hard drive included. Their iOS app is crap, but functional. Sale ends today. Price is in US dollars, but I *think* it's shipping out of Canada as they charged GST.
