Found the Turtle Beach XO Four headset for XBOX One on the clearance table of several Staples stores at $49.97
Staples.ca still has it for regular price of $119.99.
Brought a picture of the tag and the box from Staples and PM'd at Future Shop for 7 bucks off.
Of course YMMV since its a clearance table item, but I've seen plenty so may be the same for you.
Headset is great, and comes with the XBox One audio adapter for any other headphones you'd like to use with it. That alone is worth 30 bucks.
