It's a new credit card from amex, but has an $899 annual fee. It looks like it combines some of the MR Platinum and AP Platinum rewards, so it may be of value to someone. As of now there is no option to refer to this card, so we don't know what the referral bonuses will look like. I believe there will likely be an opportunity to self-refer as there is with the other cards, which could make this a decent deal for some that can use the benefits.
