Just back from Target in Charlottetown and most of their winter clothing is 50-70% off. There were some beaver canoe parkas on sale for 26.99 (reg. 89.99) merino brand sweaters for 8.99 (reg. 29.99) and some rather nice chinos from Haggar h2o brand that were 8.99 (reg. 32.99)



Not sure if this is Canada wide or not.
