This is the new Zenbook UX305FA-USM1 Signature Edition Laptop that just released for 2015. It also seems to be releasing at price parity with the US at $699 (for now anyway). It just popped up on the MS Store today.

Basically it is the Asus competitor to the XPS13/MBA at a much lower entry price point. The processor on the XPS13 I believe is more powerful. The Core-M 5Y10c is somewhere between an i3 and i5 in performance, but to make up for it, this one comes default with 8GB Memory, and a larger 256GB SSD (4GB/128GB SSD on the XPS13).
With the education discount $699 - $69.90 = $629.10
