I have been stressing over getting a FitBit, as I truly feel that keeping track of your fitness helps you to become more fit, but it needs to be easy to do. If you haven’t heard of FitBit, let me explain. It is basically a wristband you wear all the time that tracks things like steps taken, sleep, heart rate, training routes, workouts and more. Because everything you do is tracked, it spurs you on to do more than you did yesterday.
You can even sync this to your smartphone and get caller ID right on the Fitbit. All of your stats are in real time, so you’ll see exactly what you’ve done up to the second you do it. Share your stats so you can compete against friends, or just to show off your progress.
