The Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler is on sale for $60 right now. This is about as low as it's been in Canada and is a pretty good deal (no MIR). Phenomenal air cooler. If you want to spend more than the 212 Evo, then this is the one to get. It's huge but very powerful, generally on-par with many liquid coolers. PM possible.
